Product Usage Features
Our wire type cable trays are produced taking into account today's high-tech cabling requirements. It is produced as high-strength stainless steel wire or electro-galvanized coating.
Wire cable ducts are widely used in the food production industry, where hygiene is prioritized, and in data cables and low voltage installations.
Thanks to its light and flexible structure, it provides superiority in curved transitions. Thanks to its open top design, it provides ease of routing cables. Wide joint range, clamp and elbow options are available.
Technical specifications
As standard, H= 35-50 and 100 mm, and the width is up to 100-150-200-250-300-400-500-600 mm (H=50 width is 50mm. The wires used in the channels vary as Ø4 and Ø5.)
The standard length of Wire Cable Duct is 3000 mm.
Wire Cable Ducts are created by combining horizontal wires with 100 mm distances in the vertical direction and vertical wires with 50 mm distances in the horizontal direction.
Low current installation cable ducts to be laid in Wire Cable Ducts must be in a separate compartment.
For example; A separation separator should be installed in wire cable ducts at the same length and height as the ducts, or low current installation cables should be placed in separate cable ducts.
Cables must be fixed to the cable duct with plastic cable ties.
